Apoquindo 3600, Las Condes, Santiago, Región Metropolitana * **Net Salary:** CLP $2\.400\.000 / month * **Work Schedule:** On-site (Full-time / Monday to Friday) **Purpose of the Position** GL Autopart SpA is seeking an Inventory and Stock Manager to assume operational leadership of its facilities located in Las Condes. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating full traceability of the automotive parts catalog, auditing inventory volume, and optimizing inbound and outbound flows to prevent shrinkage or stockouts. **Operational Responsibilities** * Oversee physical counting activities, random audits, and cyclic and annual inventory taking. * Monitor stock record accuracy in the ERP system against warehouse stock levels. * Design and implement strategies for efficient inventory turnover and reduction of shrinkage or obsolete items. * Supervise import receiving processes and dispatch to institutional and wholesale customers. * Prepare stock management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) for Operations Management. **Candidate Profile** * Degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related professional field. * Minimum 3–4 years of verifiable experience in inventory management leadership roles, preferably in the automotive, retail, or spare parts sectors. * Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Softland, Oracle) and intermediate-to-advanced Microsoft Excel skills. * Strong analytical ability, strategic thinking, high organizational capacity, and team leadership skills. * Willingness to work on-site at Av.
