Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate public and private tender processes. Analyze administrative and technical tender documents. Prepare and supervise documentation required for submissions. Coordinate internal departments for proper proposal development. Monitor awarded tenders and tender status updates. Maintain relationships with clients and tender platforms. Requirements: Professional degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related field. Minimum 3 years’ experience leading tender processes. Proficiency with platforms such as Mercado Público. Knowledge of technical and administrative proposal preparation. Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
