




Under the framework of Law 21.015, which encourages the hiring of people with disabilities, we are seeking a Call Center Executive for the commune of Providencia. Functions: \- Manage patient scheduling at branches for diagnostic procedures and other treatments. \- Communicate current promotions to patients according to guidelines and protocols provided by Call Center supervisors. \- Contact patients to schedule preventive dental check-ups, according to established guidelines and protocols. \- Support rescheduling of patients as required by management. \- Assist in guiding patients regarding complaints, inquiries about schedules, phone numbers, addresses, or other general questions. \- Other functions related to the Call Center position. Requirements: At least 1 year of experience in roles involving public service and/or telephone contact.
