




At CGS Call Center, we are looking to incorporate an Analyst for managing and controlling shifts and time (GTR, Workforce) into our Customer Service Call Center platform. FUNCTIONS: * Manage shift schedule compliance. * Monitor and manage service levels and alert deviations. REQUIREMENTS: * **Advanced Excel proficiency required** (pivot tables and charts, formulas and functions, data matching, databases) * **Professional experience in call centers in roles related to the position: GTR,** assistant, workforce, supervisor, force, campaign administrator, team leader, line manager, time control, etc.) * Foreigners must have valid permanent residency. WORKING HOURS: 44 weekly working hours from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 19:00. Excludes public holidays. COMPENSATION: We offer a base salary of $560,000 (gross) + Bonus up to $85,000 (quality-productivity) + Legal bonus of 25% of taxable income. WORK LOCATION: 100% on-site at our CGS Contact Center branch located in Santiago Centro, near Metro U. de Chile or Parque Almagro.
