The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the preparation of financial statements for the Administrator company Habitat, ensuring compliance with regulatory, accounting requirements and meeting deadlines established by the organization and regulatory bodies. **Main Responsibilities:** Review and validate tax and financial obligations for both companies, AFP Habitat and Habitat Andina, as well as the Welfare Corporation. Supervise the preparation and issuance of monthly financial statements for the assigned companies. Review account analyses supporting financial statement figures with regard to management and data integrity.
