Your challenges will include: * Ensuring compliance with all security-related tasks mandated by regulations, contributing to merchandise controls and shrinkage management. * Managing and preparing all required legal documentation for the Security Department. * Overseeing all activities mandated by the Company’s higher-level authorities, such as audits, fixed asset controls, merchandise receiving controls, store openings and closings, cash register operations, among others. * Monitoring all activities, fixed assets, and personnel that may affect store operations or compromise customer safety—and reporting relevant incidents to the appropriate authorities. * Planning guard shift schedules to comply with current labor legislation and internal company policies.
