The incumbent’s mission is: To supervise and regulate bus operations at the start and end points of routes (head terminal), ensuring compliance with scheduled frequencies, departure times, and service continuity, in accordance with operational standards defined by the company and Santiago’s rural public transportation system. \- Verify timely bus departures from the head terminal according to schedule. \- Monitor frequency intervals between buses. \- Manage extraordinary departures or operational adjustments when required by the CCO Department. \- Coordinate with drivers to maintain service regularity. \- Implement regulatory measures in response to delays, early departures, or contingencies. \- Report service deviations to the CCO Department. \- Verify bus presence and condition prior to commencing service. \- Report mechanical failures, accidents, or operational incidents to the CCO Department and Terminal Manager. \- Coordinate bus or driver replacements as necessary, in coordination with the CCO Department and Terminal Manager. \- Support service continuity during contingencies. \- Complete departure control forms or digital systems. \- Record relevant shift events. \- Submit operational reports to supervisor or control center. Requirements: \- Proficiency in monitoring tools (GPS), \- Soft skills, conflict management, people management. \- Prior experience in passenger transportation. Salary: CLP 700,000 net, with optional health benefits (HH.EE.). Work location: Los Libertadores Terminal, Huechuraba. Shifts: Rotating 6x1 schedule (morning and afternoon).
