




We are currently seeking an **Administrative Manager** to join the team of one of our major national clients, a leading company in the services sector located in the **northern zone** of the country. The main objective of the position will be to **lead and coordinate administrative and human resources management within the region**, ensuring compliance with the **Integrated Management System (IMS)**, as well as organizational policies, procedures, and objectives. Key responsibilities include: * Lead continuous improvement projects by applying **Lean** methodologies (5S, VSM, Kaizen, SMED, among others). * Analyze, redesign, and standardize administrative operational processes. * Promote operational excellence across different business units. * Coordinate the collection, verification, and consolidation of data supporting proper service execution and future billing. * Ensure proper resource management, guaranteeing timely contract accreditation in the northern zone. * Monitor and control personnel-related costs. * Identify operational deviations and propose corrective action plans. * Participate in defining operational budgets and support their control from a technical-economic perspective. * Generate management reports integrating operational performance, KPI achievement, and cost analysis. Job Requirements * Professional degree in **Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Control Engineering**, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years of experience** leading teams and managing administrative processes in operational environments. * Solid knowledge of **Lean methodologies** and process management tools. * Experience in **operational cost forecasting and control**, financial project analysis, and efficiency evaluation. * Advanced proficiency in data analysis and process modeling tools: **Excel, Power BI, BPMN, Visio, Bizagi**, among others.
