We seek committed, responsible individuals with a service-oriented vocation who ensure safe, humane, and high-quality patient care throughout the entire surgical process. The position aims to deliver nursing care and support clinical procedures in pre-anesthesia, hemodynamics, operating room, and postoperative recovery, in accordance with institutional protocols and our organization’s Nursing Management Model. The professional will be responsible for collaborating with medical and nursing teams in preparing patients, instruments, supplies, and surgical equipment, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with institutional quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care during pre-, intra-, and post-operative stages, safeguarding patient well-being and safety. - Prepare and verify proper functioning of surgical equipment, instruments, and materials, ensuring traceability and validity of sterilization. - Assist medical staff during procedures, applying aseptic technique, biosafety standards, and handling of infectious agents and hazardous substances (IAAS). - Participate in the Surgical Pause and in counts of gauzes, sponges, and instruments, ensuring adherence to safe surgery standards. - Maintain updated and complete clinical records, supporting documentation of supplies, implants, and sample traceability. - Support patient care management during anesthesia recovery, including vital signs monitoring, pain assessment, and postoperative comfort.
