PROJECT ENGINEER (DISTRIBUTION CENTER) \- LAMPA Purpose of the position. Manage and control projects according to the needs of distribution areas, ensuring process continuity during implementation. Lead and supervise technological initiatives related to SAP and EWM modules, ensuring their proper execution, conducting weekly follow-up meetings to monitor each project's stages, and participating in projects impacting warehouse processes. Main responsibilities. Lead, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects and initiatives. Establish KPIs, acceptance criteria, objectives, costs, benefits, and risks for projects and initiatives. Accountability and periodic progress reporting. Gathering requirements and implementing projects and initiatives. Develop proposals and/or quotations for new projects. Define, develop, and promote innovations in processes and systems. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the aforementioned responsibilities, with comprehensive project management experience. Must have demonstrable experience managing the complete engineering project lifecycle, including tools such as planning (Gantt, S-Curve), Business Case definition, stakeholder management (RACI), and documentation. Direct experience in optimizing processes in Distribution Centers (DCs) or Warehouses (Receiving, Dispatches, Inventory, Layout). Specific knowledge: Intermediate Office skills. Intermediate Excel level (minimum pivot tables) Intermediate Project or Smartsheet skills. Desirable knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. Availability to work on-site at the Lampa Distribution Center (commuter bus available), Monday to Friday schedule.
