Main responsibilities: downloading, reviewing, and digitizing cargo manifests in systems; preparing and sending segregation documents to terminals and internal departments; issuing dispatch guides; organizing and controlling documentation and files; confidential handling of information; clear communication and courteous interaction with clients and team members.
