Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Job Description * Responsible for the Accommodation area * Organizes purchases for the area, as well as all necessary infrastructure for the involved staff. * Responsible for the definition and control of the budget. * Defines quality parameters for everything acquired. * Leads the coordination of promotional programs for its products and even services and solutions of its establishment to the general public. * Supervise hotel performance by department, guide applicable preventive / corrective actions, together with responsible managers, aiming to achieve customer satisfaction. * Responsible for hiring, onboarding, training, and contractual matters (shifts, attendance, overtime, vacations, etc.) of their team. Along with supervising and coordinating collaborators to deliver service according to brand standards. Also, maintaining an engaged team with excellent working environment. * Place the customer at the center of everything they do and adopt and implement corrective measures in response to identified deficiencies. * Drive sales and motivate actions. * In maintenance area, have basic knowledge about equipment operation, prevention and maintenance.
