This role ensures the use of a robust and proportionate risk management framework across the companies and provides visibility into current and projected risk levels relative to established policies and defined risk appetites. What do we expect from you? Propose and keep updated risk management strategies and policies for the companies. Implement mechanisms that ensure business units understand and carry out required risk control activities. Develop and/or enhance operational and financial risk management indicators, communicating them to management and leadership through committees, boards, or other forums. Coordinate and ensure the proper delivery of regulatory risk management reports. Provide independent risk perspective support to senior management and act as a partner to business units as needed. This includes leading Risk Committees, participating in multiple committees across business units, evaluating new initiatives or projects, reviewing processes, providing support, and coordinating among second-line units, among other responsibilities.
