Hoffens, a leading company in the manufacturing and sale of PVC, PPR, and polyethylene pipes, is looking for proactive young individuals eager to learn and grow within the company to join our production team as Machine Operators at our plant in the commune of Maipú. The objective of the position is to execute production programs; for this, you will need to prepare, operate, and control the parameters of Plastic and PVC Extrusion Machines to maintain the smooth flow of the production process. **MAIN WORKING CONDITIONS:** * Work involves rotating shifts (NIGHT\-EVENING\-MORNING) * Location \- Maipú, Lo Espejo sector / Camino a Lonquén. **REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION OPERATOR:** We are seeking graduates or degree holders of **medium or higher-level technical programs** in **mechanical, electrical, or related fields**, who have a solid understanding of **industrial processes** and an interest in developing within the production environment. The Extrusion Operator will be responsible for actively participating in the manufacturing process, ensuring the **quality and continuity of the production line**. Main responsibilities include: * **Operating and monitoring extrusion equipment**, controlling parameters such as temperature, pressure, and speed. * **Preparing and installing molds or dies**, ensuring proper machine operation. * **Verifying the quality of the extruded product**, detecting and correcting process deviations. * **Performing basic preventive maintenance** and promptly reporting technical issues. * **Collaborating with the production and maintenance teams**, following safety regulations and established procedures.
