Main Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate field maintenance and service activities. * Supervise and support technical team management. * Coordinate resources, materials, and logistics for task execution. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational efficiency procedures. * Monitor activity progress and report deviations. * Identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes. Required Profile We seek Senior Technicians or Engineers in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, with at least 3 years of experience leading maintenance, technical service, or field operations teams. Requirements: * Experience supervising work teams. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Availability to conduct field visits within the southern region of the country. * Proficiency in computer tools for activity tracking and control.
