Manage human resources to ensure proper execution of activities. Place special emphasis on performing tasks safely, always prioritizing the care of personnel, equipment, machinery, tools, facilities, and resources provided by the company. Ensure that work is performed to a high standard and that machinery meets the requirements set by the Machinery Management team. Additionally, candidates must be available to work 10x10 shift schedules and possess optimal health to work at high geographic altitudes.
