**Job Description**
We are seeking a **Senior Automation Engineer** to participate in the design, implementation, and optimization of industrial automation and control systems. The position will play a key technical role in process improvement projects, equipment modernization, and operational efficiency enhancement.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, implement, and optimize **automation and control systems** for industrial processes.
* Program and configure PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, and control systems according to each project’s requirements.
* Supervise field commissioning, testing, and validation of automated systems.
* Analyze control and instrumentation failures, proposing solutions to improve operational continuity.
* Coordinate technical activities with maintenance, operations, engineering, and vendor teams.
* Develop and review electrical schematics, control diagrams, specifications, and technical documentation.
* Propose automation improvements and solutions to enhance productivity, safety, and process reliability.
**Requirements**
* Professional degree in **Automation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Control**, or a related field.
* **4 to 7 years of experience** in industrial automation and control.
* Experience working with **PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, frequency converters, and industrial instrumentation**.
* Knowledge of control system programming and configuration, preferably on Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or other industrial platforms.
* Ability to interpret electrical schematics, control diagrams, and engineering documentation.
* Field commissioning, system integration, and on-site failure diagnostics experience is desirable.
* Strong analytical ability, autonomy, technical leadership, results orientation, and willingness to work in multidisciplinary teams.
Salary: $1.500.000 – $2.300.000 per month
