The candidate will be responsible for organizing teams, managing resources, supervising production line operations, and collaborating closely with departments such as procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in **production, agro-industry, food, or manufacturing**, who wish to assume a leadership role and actively contribute to process optimization. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise production schedules, ensuring adherence to volume targets, deadlines, and established standards. * Lead and coordinate production teams, allocating tasks and resources according to operational requirements. * Supervise production lines and processes, identifying deviations and implementing corrective actions. * Monitor productivity, efficiency, performance, yield loss, and goal achievement indicators. * Coordinate with procurement, quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to ensure uninterrupted operations. * Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing processes, reducing waste, and increasing efficiency. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, food safety, and good manufacturing practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Professional or technical degree in **Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, Agro-Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Production**, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years’ experience in production, agro-industry, food, manufacturing, or related industries**. * Experience leading work teams and coordinating production operations. * Knowledge of production planning, process control, management indicators, and resource administration. * Familiarity with good manufacturing practices, quality management, and food safety. * Proficiency in **Excel**, and experience with ERP or production planning and control systems. * Leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong goal-oriented focus.
