Job Summary: We are seeking Operators/Maintainers to operate production lines, perform maintenance tasks, and anticipate machinery failures. Key Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for Operators/Maintainers for our plant located in Renca, under a fixed-term contract with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract based on demonstrated performance. Your main responsibilities will include operating production lines, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on relevant machinery, and observing and listening carefully to anticipate and resolve potential failures. You must possess knowledge of industrial equipment and awareness of industrial plant risk characteristics. Requirements: \- Technical or professional degree in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field. \- Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in the industrial sector. \- Knowledge of industrial equipment and industrial plant risk characteristics. \- Availability to work in Renca. \- Availability to work under a fixed-term contract.
