Promote safety, quality, and environmental standards At Aconcagua Foods — a leading mass-consumption organization and benchmark in high-quality food production — we are looking for an Operational Reliability Leader with solid experience in industrial maintenance, asset management, and continuous improvement. We want you to join our team, where your primary mission will be to contribute to the reliability and availability of plant assets by driving maintenance strategies and initiatives that strengthen operational continuity, process efficiency, and continuous improvement. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Drive reliability and maintenance management of assets, contributing to their availability and operational continuity. * Monitor maintenance KPIs, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * Coordinate initiatives and plans aimed at optimizing equipment performance, reliability, and service life. * Participate in the planning and monitoring of maintenance activities, collaborating with all involved departments. * Analyze optimization opportunities and propose improvements aimed at strengthening process and equipment efficiency. * Promote compliance with safety, quality, environmental standards, and company-established procedures. ### **Requirements** Professional degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. Solid experience in industrial plant maintenance, reliability, and/or asset management. Experience in technical team leadership or coordination. Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; failure analysis; and management indicators. Proficiency in tools and systems associated with maintenance planning and management. Desirable experience in the food industry, mass-consumption sector, or high-continuity production plants. ### **About the Position** On-site work at our Buin Plant, located at José Alberto Bravo 0278, Buin commune.
