Job Summary: Operate production equipment and machinery efficiently, ensuring product manufacturing and packaging meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operation and maintenance of production machinery. 2. Execution of production programs and continuous improvement. 3. Control of production processes and quality (HACCP, 5S, BRC, GMP). **Who Are We?** JBA (Don Juan, EDRA, etc.), a leader in mass consumption and producer/distributor/marketer of food products, is seeking an Operator for our plant located in the commune of Quilicura. **Primary Job Objective** Efficiently operate plant production equipment and machinery, and assist in all activities related to manufacturing and packaging of finished products, complying with product quality standards, industrial hygiene and safety regulations, in accordance with policies and procedures established by the ICB Group. **Main Responsibilities:** 1\.\- Efficiently execute, on time and as scheduled, the production program according to ICB-established procedures in the areas of quality, environment, and safety. 2\.\- Operate assigned machines correctly and follow work methodologies to ensure proper functioning of equipment under responsibility and its continuous improvement. 3\.\- Coordinate team members to achieve production program targets. 4\.\- Monitor losses and shrinkage on the production line to prevent inventory discrepancies. 5\.\- Transfer specific machine operation knowledge to other team members. 6\.\- Perform basic/advanced preventive and corrective maintenance operations on assigned machines to ensure optimal performance. 7\.\- Carry out production-related activities applying continuous improvement methodologies. **Required Knowledge:** * Production process control * Knowledge of quality assurance programs and regulations (HACCP, 5S, BRC, Food Allergen Courses, GMP) * Basic risk awareness * Familiarity with production line machines, tools, and spare parts. **Benefits:** * Supplementary Insurance **Join JBA!** **Requirements:** * Technical high school diploma or equivalent, or experience in similar industries/processes. * Two years of relevant experience (preferred but not mandatory) * Availability for rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night) * 100% on-site work in the commune of Quilicura. **Work With Us!**
