Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Industrial Insulation Supervisor to execute and supervise industrial insulation work, lead teams, and ensure safety and quality. Key Highlights: 1. We seek the role of **Senior Industrial Insulation Supervisor**, focused on executing and supervising industrial insulation work, leading field teams, and ensuring compliance with operational safety and quality standards. **About the Challenge** ---------------------- * You will **supervise** the execution of assigned industrial insulation work on site. * You will **coordinate** the work team, ensuring completion of scheduled tasks. * You will **ensure** the safety of personnel under your supervision during work execution. * You will **evaluate** each activity from technical and safety perspectives prior to execution. * You will **perform** insulation work according to your competencies and technical experience. * You will **monitor** compliance with assigned maintenance schedules. * You will **submit daily reports** on developments and progress of completed work. * You will **ensure** compliance with internal plant regulations and established procedures. * You will **coordinate** with supervision and other departments for proper execution of work. * You will **ensure** appropriate use of tools, materials, and work equipment. **What Would We Love to See in You?** ------------------------------ * Completed secondary education. * At least **5 years of overall professional experience**. * Minimum **2 years of specific experience in industrial insulation work**. * Experience leading field work teams. * Knowledge of industrial maintenance work. * We seek individuals with **leadership, responsibility, and a safety-oriented mindset**. * Valid Class B driver’s license (non-exclusive requirement). **What Are We Offering You?** ----------------------- We guarantee a **confidential recruitment process**; if you are currently employed, you may apply safely.
