Position Objective: Coordinate, assign, and supervise the repair, installation, and maintenance of plant systems and equipment (pumps, motors, valves, piping, structures, etc.) during respective plant maintenance shifts, ensuring operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, assign, and supervise repair, installation, and maintenance work on plant equipment and systems. Lead maintenance teams during fieldwork execution. Coordinate operational maneuvers and the daily maintenance intervention schedule. Ensure operational continuity and proper functioning of critical equipment. Supervise conveyor belt operations and participate in plant emergency response plans. Requirements: Relevant university degree. 5–10 years’ experience in similar roles. Knowledge of industrial mechanics. Operational computer skills; SAP PM knowledge is desirable. Valid Class B driver’s license. Experience leading work teams. Employment Conditions: Work Location: La Negra Plant, Antofagasta. Work Schedule: 5x2. Project Duration: From June 15 to July 17. Temporary service contract due to occasional increase during Plant Shutdown. Net Salary: $2\.670\.000\.
