The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining operational continuity, reducing downtime, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in **industrial plants, agro-industry, or manufacturing**, who wishes to assume a leadership role and participate in continuous improvement projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs. * Lead and organize the team of technicians and maintenance personnel. * Coordinate equipment interventions to minimize production interruptions. * Diagnose failures and define timely technical solutions. * Monitor equipment availability, reliability, and performance. * Manage spare parts, tools, materials, and external services. * Coordinate activities with production, operations, procurement, and suppliers. * Supervise compliance with safety procedures during interventions. * Control maintenance costs and propose measures to optimize resources. * Prepare maintenance reports and present indicators to management. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Maintenance Engineering**, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * Experience leading technical teams. * Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Desired experience in production plants, agro-industry, or manufacturing. * Ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings. * Proficiency in Excel and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Willingness to occasionally work on-site.
