Lead and coordinate maintenance technician teams **Job Description** We are seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Manager** to lead the planning and execution of maintenance activities for equipment, machinery, and facilities. The position is responsible for ensuring operational continuity, optimizing resources, and promoting a culture of preventive maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise **preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance** programs for equipment and facilities. * Lead and coordinate the maintenance technicians and maintenance personnel team, assigning tasks and priorities. * Monitor equipment availability, reliability, failures, and repair times. * Coordinate maintenance interventions with production and operations departments to minimize downtime. * Manage spare parts, tools, materials, and external services required for maintenance activities. * Analyze recurring failures and develop actions to improve asset reliability and lifespan. * Supervise compliance with **safety, quality, and maintenance** procedures, driving continuous improvement initiatives. **Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Automation**, or a related field. * **4 to 7 years of experience** in industrial maintenance, including experience leading teams. * Experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment. * Knowledge of maintenance management systems and performance indicators such as availability, MTBF, and MTTR. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and/or automation failures. * Desired experience using **CMMS/SAP PM** or other maintenance management tools. * Leadership, planning ability, problem-solving skills, results orientation, and commitment to safety.
