Leadership, organization, and problem-solving. **Job Description** We are seeking an **Industrial Maintenance Manager** to lead the planning and execution of maintenance for equipment, facilities, and industrial systems. The role is responsible for ensuring operational continuity, reducing downtime, and promoting a culture of preventive maintenance and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs for equipment and facilities. * Lead the technical team, assigning tasks and overseeing completion of scheduled work. * Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, prioritizing interventions based on criticality and operational needs. * Monitor maintenance KPIs, equipment availability, failures, repair times, and costs. * Manage spare parts, tools, external services, and maintenance-related suppliers. * Identify root causes of recurring failures and develop actions to improve equipment reliability. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and best practice procedures during maintenance interventions. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering**, or a related field. * **3 to 5 years of experience** in industrial maintenance, including experience leading technical teams. * Knowledge of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * Experience with industrial equipment, electromechanical systems, and spare parts management. * Proficiency in **Excel and maintenance software/ERP systems**. * Ability to interpret KPIs and develop maintenance and improvement plans. * Leadership, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and focus on operational continuity.
