**EQUANS Chile (EQCL)** is seeking an **ELECTRICAL AND INSTRUMENTATION SUPERVISOR**, whose primary responsibility is to supervise the human and material resources assigned to them, ensuring fulfillment of contractual objectives and thereby improving process availability and reliability, in line with defined safety, quality, and environmental standards.

**Profession / Education:**
* Electrical/Electronic/Instrumentation Engineer (Executive Degree) or equivalent
**Knowledge:**
* Experience supervising electrical, instrumentation, and control work at mining sites.
* Knowledge of electrical regulations, operational safety, and maintenance procedures.
* Experience in maintenance of concentrator and tailings plants.
**Experience:**
* Minimum 3 years of experience in this role.
**Requirements:**
* The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising and controlling the execution of electrical, instrumentation, and control activities in the field, ensuring compliance with technical, operational, and safety standards established by the client and the company.
* Key functions and responsibilities: Supervise and control the proper execution of electrical, instrumentation, and control work in the field.
* Apply and ensure compliance with the division’s internal regulations regarding safety, occupational health, and environment.
* Ensure preparation and availability of required technical and safety documentation for activity execution.
* Verify that work is performed in accordance with established technical standards, maintenance procedures, and guidelines.
* Submit completed and validated work records to the Planning Department.
* Identify and promptly manage personnel, material, tool, equipment, and supply requirements for activity execution.
* Supervise implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
