**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

The **Process Engineer** will be responsible for conducting plant analyses, identifying root causes, defining and implementing action plans to prevent recurrence, and working directly on the shop floor with operations. They will play a key role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency, cost savings, reduction of losses, and sustainability, as well as implementing innovations in collaboration with all plant departments.
**WHAT WILL BE YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES?**

* Actively participate in innovations implemented at the plant.
* Conduct analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities across the entire production chain.
* Analyze quality incidents and maintenance failures, determining root causes and action plans.
* Analyze major production losses and propose corrective and preventive actions.
* Lead initiatives aimed at reducing losses.
* Work directly with operators to implement sustainable improvements in efficiency and performance.
* Collaborate with departments such as Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Sustainability, Development, and Operations to ensure holistic improvements.
**WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED**

### **Technical Knowledge**
* Intermediate user of Microsoft Office.
* Proficiency in Power BI.
* Statistical process control.
* Knowledge of Six Sigma and root cause analysis methodologies.
* Analytical capability and proficiency with diagnostic tools.
### **Academic Qualifications**
* Degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
### **Experience**
* Prior experience in manufacturing plants and/or quality (not mandatory).
### **Skills**
* Leadership and influence over operational teams.
* Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement.
* Consistent ability to implement improvements.
* Intermediate level English.
