Job Summary: A leading logistics and refrigerated storage company is seeking a Refrigeration Operator to operate and monitor the refrigeration plant, performing preventive and corrective tasks on refrigeration systems. Maintain equipment in optimal condition for food safety. We are looking for a **Refrigeration Operator**! A leading logistics and refrigerated storage company seeks to hire a **Refrigeration Operator** for its operations in **Maipú**. Main Responsibilities: * Operate the refrigeration plant, monitor equipment performance, and promptly detect failures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on refrigeration systems and infrastructure according to the established schedule. * Maintain equipment in optimal safety and operational condition to comply with food safety standards. * Support management of the preventive maintenance program and control inventory and storage of hazardous substances and waste. Requirements: * Certified Technician in Industrial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance and cold systems. * Knowledge of industrial refrigeration and ammonia handling. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office at user level. Conditions: * Work location: Maipú * Working hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 8:00–17:40, Thursday 8:00–16:40, Friday 8:00–15:40\. Net salary: $800\.000 net.
