Advance toward future leadership positions in production and operations **Job Summary:** **Nour Anpix Production Chile SpA** is seeking a Bottling Process Supervisor to coordinate daily activities of the bottling line and support an efficient and orderly production flow. The position is responsible for process coordination, production tracking, and collaboration with quality, maintenance, and operations teams. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily activities of bottling lines * Organize production priorities according to established schedules * Coordinate personnel involved in filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging * Verify proper flow of bottles, containers, and production materials * Track produced volumes and operational times * Identify interruptions, efficiency losses, or recurring process issues * Coordinate with maintenance for equipment adjustments or inspections when required * Collaborate with the quality department on controls related to finished products * Maintain basic production records, incident logs, and shift results * Support line format, product, or configuration changes * Propose practical improvements to enhance process continuity and efficiency **Requirements:** * Experience in production, bottling, manufacturing, food and beverage, packaging, or industrial processes * Ability to coordinate production activities and priorities * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills * Ability to work with production, quality, and maintenance teams * Familiarity with production environments and machinery is preferred * Attention to detail and results-oriented mindset * Ability to maintain records and work with operational data * Prior experience as a supervisor or coordinator is desirable but not mandatory * Technical, industrial, production, or related education is valued, with relevant practical experience also considered **Why Join Us:** * Gain hands-on experience in production and bottling processes * Participate in the comprehensive coordination of production lines * Work alongside technical, operational, and quality teams * Contribute to visible improvements in production efficiency and continuity * Strengthen supervision skills within an industrial environment * Advance toward future leadership positions in production and operations Salary: $28\.800\.000 per year Workplace: On-site employment
