




Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise domestic and international land transportation in South America, ensuring billing and collections. Key Responsibilities: 1. Logistics process tracking and traceability **OBJECTIVE:** Coordinate and supervise the proper functioning of domestic land transportation processes, both to and from ports, as well as international land transportation within South America, including billing and ensuring correct collection of invoices. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure, coordinate, and supervise timely and accurate execution of domestic and international land transportation processes. * Coordinate cargo pickup/delivery with Customs Agencies/Clients and trucking fleets (suppliers) to and from Chilean ports nationwide and on international segments, via various communication channels. * Create Quick Booking/Shipment entries in CW1 system for land transportation shipments not related to OFR\-AFR\-IPR products. * Provide support to DHL Origin/Destination offices and customers. (Applies only to international land transportation) * Deliver daily tracking service for local/international transportation process statuses and their traceability efficiently and effectively to internal and external customers, using various search criteria and event logs via CW1\. * Coordinate full storage of trucks/containers for specific customer cargoes and/or when required for security reasons. * Ensure and correctly execute the billing process for DAP\-OFR, DOM, and IRF procedures. * Email invoices to customers (where applicable) for subsequent accounting and payment. * Monitor event reporting by suppliers via ESP or, if unavailable, manually enter such events (PCF\-DCF) to meet KPI\`s associated with local/international transportation processes, delivering high-quality service to internal and external customers, on time and in accordance with organizational policies. * Control, provision, and ensure optimal costing and expense recording for services provided by land transportation suppliers and related activities. * Understand the Complaint/Exception Handling process. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. * Academic qualification: Higher Education degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field. Equivalent experience in similar roles is also acceptable. * English language proficiency: Basic to Intermediate. * MS Office skills: Excel — Intermediate level. * Technical knowledge: Incoterms, shipment documentation, CW1 system operation, knowledge of transport equipment and land transportation. **SKILLS:** * Teamwork ability. * Adaptability to change. * Time organization and management. * Ability to work under pressure. * Urgency handling capability. * Strong communication skills with internal and external customers.
