Job Summary: Oversee and monitor the night shift transportation operations, ensuring compliance with planning and operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor truck routes and report on performance indicators. 2. Propose process improvements for transportation and fleet tracking. 3. Conduct random inspections of documentation and PPE usage at the Main HUB. Monitor and track the night shift of the transportation unit through fleet measurements and monitoring, aiming to support compliance with shift planning, operational continuity, and company-established standards and procedures. What will you do? Monitor the routes of transportation trucks assigned to your shift. Prepare and submit reports related to area performance indicators, detailing gaps and improvement opportunities. Close the shift by reporting contingencies, deviations, and the status of planned route execution, among other items. Propose improvements to transportation-related processes and fleet tracking. Conduct random inspections of documentation for both external and internal transportation personnel and units entering the Main HUB. Ensure consistent and correct use of PPE by all external and internal transportation units entering the Main HUB for loading and unloading operations.
