Position Summary: A leading food company is seeking Technical Operators to join its operations team, with experience in food manufacturing companies and handling powder mixers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Line leadership and verification of production operators' activities 2. Identification of mixer types and capacities 3. Knowledge and execution of machine operation according to the manual A prominent food company located in the commune of San Bernardo is seeking Technical Operators to join its operations team. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in food manufacturing companies and operating powder mixers. Key responsibilities include: \- Identifying mixer types and the capacity of each. \- Knowing and correctly executing machine operation as specified in the equipment's operation manual. \- Providing proper line leadership and verifying tasks performed by production operators (line workers). \- Correctly using lockout/tagout cards. \- Promptly reporting any malfunctions related to the equipment being operated. \- Properly communicating and recording stoppages associated with their area. \- Identifying removable machine parts assigned to them and correctly disassembling them for hygiene and sanitation personnel activities. \- Recognizing different sieve types and their corresponding product applications; ensuring correct sieve usage. \- Managing the daily plan and the information contained therein. \- Knowing the CCPs (Critical Control Points) and PRPs (Prerequisite Programs) applicable to their area. \- Participating in root cause analyses arising from deviations occurring in their area. \- Accurately completing required records and understanding their importance to the company. Profile: Secondary education / Secondary Technical-Professional education in electricity or industrial mechanics is required. Desirable: At least one year of experience in similar roles, knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and proficiency in the 5S methodology. Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 07:30–16:30 hrs; Friday, 07:30–16:00 hrs, with availability for overtime and shift work.
