Job Summary: We are seeking a SIC Operator to manage and monitor operational incidents, ensuring service continuity and adherence to established standards. Key Highlights: 1. Today, we are looking to bring aboard a **SIC Operator**, responsible for managing, monitoring, and following up on operational incidents and service requests, ensuring service continuity and compliance with agreed-upon standards. ### **Main Responsibilities:** ✅ Receive and register incidents and service requests in the SIC/MANSIS system. ✅ Track and control requests until closure. ✅ Coordinate with various departments to ensure SLA compliance. ✅ Maintain traceability and documentation updates for all activities performed. ✅ Escalate pending or overdue incidents promptly. ✅ Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. ### **Requirements:** * Technical education (mid-level or higher) in Administration, Logistics, Management Control, Maintenance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Experience in incident management, traceability, and user support is desirable. ### **We seek individuals with:** ✔ Results-oriented mindset. ✔ Organizational and disciplinary capacity. ✔ Effective communication skills. ✔ Collaborative teamwork abilities. ✔ Commitment to quality and service. **At Linkes, we promote inclusive and diverse workplaces.
