Job Summary: Service Operator responsible for meter reading recovery, debt-related visit management, infrastructure verification and customer service, as well as inspection of leak alarms and illicit activities. On-site inspection of leak alarms and illicit activities. * Position Title: Service Operator Taltal * Work Schedule: Rotating shifts Monday to Friday 08:00 (AM) to 16:54 (PM)\-Monday to Friday 16:30 (PM) to 01:24 (AM) * Contract Type: Project-based * Salary: CLP 655\.000 (net) * Location: Tocopilla * Responsibilities: * Recover meter readings on-site while ensuring compliance with health, environmental, and safety standards and regulations. * Manage debt-related visits to recover payments, execute service disconnections, and perform reconnections once the situation is regularized. * Verify both infrastructure and commercial property data during site visits. * Deliver documents sent to customers (e.g., invoices, central billing slips, notifications, others). * Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, statistics, and documentation; respond to mailboxes and emails. * Provide customer service in person, by phone, or remotely, according to company needs. * Visit and manage meters experiencing communication failures with antennas, per ADASA instructions, by restarting them via application to restore connectivity. * Respond to leak alarms by visiting customers to inform them about internal leaks, guide repairs, and prevent overconsumption that may lead to high water charges. * Inspect potential illicit activities by verifying the meter’s condition on-site upon receiving alarms related to unauthorized tampering. * Inspect potential leaks by conducting on-site checks using leak detection instruments and reporting findings through designated channels and procedures. * Requirements: * Completed secondary education. Technical studies preferred. * Class B driver's license. * Two years of experience in similar roles. * Residency in Tocopilla
