Our hotel is one of the city’s most exciting culinary destinations—with an authentic Nikkei dining experience at Matsuri, Italian flavors at Senso, and light snacks and beverages at Atrium Lobby Lounge. **About the Role** The Security Supervisor is responsible, among other duties, for the hotel’s overall security and protection. **As Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for:** * Assisting the Security Manager with departmental security operations, standards, and procedures. * Adhering to MOHG security standards. * Conducting security training and drills in accordance with MOHG standards. * Managing lost-and-found procedures and custody of valuables. * Accident investigation. * Ensuring the hotel complies with state and governmental laws related to security and protection. * Managing custody, inventory, and disbursement of lost-and-found valuables. * Delivering security and protection training to the department and hotel staff. * Maintaining control over master keys and meeting room keys. * Attending hotel meetings. * Ensuring additional security coverage is provided upon request. * Managing first-aid supplies in the hotel appropriately. * Reviewing and logging any incidents from the hotel’s Human Security System. * Ensuring continuous training for the Security Department and general staff. * Training and advising colleagues when necessary, following the Colleague Handbook. * Administering security supplies. **Our Commitment to You** * Supplementary insurance. * Complimentary meals at the Colleague Restaurant. * Colleague Recognition and Reward Programme. * Learning and Development Programme. * Wellness and social events programmes. * Stays and discounts. **We're Fans.
