Growth opportunities in a diverse and inclusive company **Position: Qualified Plant Operator** **Work Location:** CHILE \-Pudahuel We seek a committed individual with strong analytical skills to join our operations team. The primary focus will be input control and preventive maintenance of our infrastructure. Responsibilities * **Chemical Management:** Safely and efficiently control and supply chemical products. * **Maintenance:** Perform corrective maintenance tasks and technical inspections of equipment. * **Technical Analysis:** Actively participate in analyzing recurring failures to optimize processes. * **Stock Management:** Monitor inventory of inputs required for daily operations. ### **Working Conditions** * **Working Hours:** Rotating shifts from **Monday to Saturday**. * **Availability:** Exceptional availability to work on **Sundays**, as required by operational needs. * **Growth:** Plan for **regular training** in failure analysis and specialized maintenance. ### **Candidate Profile** * **Experience:** Preferred experience in industrial maintenance or similar operational roles. * **Education:** Technical studies or verifiable experience in maintenance (not mandatory). * **Adaptability:** Prior experience working rotating shifts.
