Position Objective: Oversee adherence to the production schedule, ensuring efficient synchronization among various production lines. Optimize the use of available resources, contributing to profitability through waste reduction, while guaranteeing compliance with quality standards for finished products and ensuring safety across all operations. Key Responsibilities: \- Generate and manage production orders for blending and packaging processes, ensuring alignment with the production schedule.\- Monitor and control packaging supply, anticipating stockouts and coordinating timely replenishment.\- Plan and monitor the bulk truck schedule (loading and unloading) to ensure operational continuity.\- Develop and update the daily production plan and define packaging requirements based on business needs.\- Notify and close production orders (partial and complete) to enable stock availability and traceability.\- Enter merchandise stock into SAP.\- Participate in the monthly production inventory count, validating discrepancies and ensuring reliability.\- Coordinate directly with blending operators to ensure compliance with formulas, timelines, and quality standards.
