Manages raw material unloading and machinery maintenance Full-time Operator Maule Region Talca We are looking for you at GASCO Enterprises! We are seeking a **Plant Operator** to work at our plant in Talca, who will be responsible for executing the operation of the Gasco GLP Plant, in accordance with the Company’s internal procedures and policies, as well as applicable legal regulations, to support business operational continuity. **Key Responsibilities:** **Perform cylinder filling:** * Check cylinder re-inspection dates. * Connect cylinders to filling machines according to required kilogram amounts. * Conduct cylinder leak inspections. * Seal cylinders. * Store cylinders. **Unload raw materials:** * Check truck rotogate with dip tube, verifying gas moisture level. * Connect pressure and liquid hoses to pump. * Measure gas percentage contained in the truck. * Verify seals and percentages on delivery note. * Confirm proper raw material unloading. * Depressurize the truck. * Disconnect pumps. **Perform machinery maintenance:** * Calibrate machinery daily. * Inspect oil, fuel, and operating conditions of machinery. **Receive and dispatch trucks carrying cylinders:** * Count cylinders against ZCIL. * Approve entry of trucks carrying cylinders. * Approve departure of trucks carrying cylinders. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Some Requirements:** * Completed Secondary Education * Minimum 6 months of experience working in a gas production plant. * Knowledge of Mechanics. * Knowledge of Safe Gas Handling. * Knowledge of Gas Specifications. * Knowledge of SAP System. Experience from 1 year Minimum Education: Secondary Graduate
