Grow with us as we embark on building tomorrow together by being the safest, most diverse and most profitable industrial gas company in the world. **Reimagine What’s Possible** **Description:** Carry out safe and efficient operation of dry ice production plants and/or pure argon and helium filling plants, as required, to meet product demand from our customers. Comply with guidelines and objectives defined by the Compressed Gases Production Management, ensuring performance oriented toward safety, reliability of processes, and assigned resources. **Responsibilities:** * Execute safe startup and shutdown of the plant according to established procedures. * Monitor operational variables and ensure correct execution of the production process. * Meet production schedules, guaranteeing that output complies with internal quality and safety standards. * Operate equipment and systems associated with argon and dry ice production and packaging. * Record and enter daily production data into IT platforms and complete control reports. * Monitor inventories of raw materials, consumables, and cylinders. * Implement the PM system for preventive maintenance of facilities, equipment, and tanks. * Identify, report, and initiate improvements in production processes. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the plant, promoting appropriate working conditions. * Comply with the BSP safety program, achieving the zero-accident target and promoting a safety and health culture. **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education; technical training in industrial, chemical, mechanical, or related fields is preferred, or relevant experience in production plants (acetylene, nitrous oxide, helium) will be considered. * Minimum 2 years of prior experience in production plants, industrial operations, chemical processes, or similar fields. * Knowledge of gas handling, industrial equipment operation, or production processes (preferred). * Class D driver’s license for forklift operation is preferred. * Proficiency in PC usage at the user level (mandatory). * Experience with SAP modules is preferred. “At Air Products, we promote diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
