We seek a rigorous, proactive professional with strong attention to detail to join us as a **Machine and Tool Operator**, playing a key role in ensuring that the manufacturing and machining of our technical projects meet the highest quality standards. **What Are We Looking for in You?** · **Education:** Technical qualification at intermediate or higher level in Industrial Mechanics, Machine Tools, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. · **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years of operational experience in metalworking companies, workshops, or industrial manufacturing plants, with demonstrable experience in precision machining. · **Technical Knowledge:** Fluent interpretation of mechanical drawings, reading of symbols/tolerances, and advanced use of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators). · **Quality and Safety:** Knowledge of self-inspection procedures, traceability under ISO 9001 standards, and industrial safety/EPP regulations in the workshop. · **Soft Skills:** High technical precision and rigor, ability to work in teams, quality orientation, and willingness to learn and continuously improve. **Your Main Responsibilities Will Be:** · **Precision Machining:** Adjusting and operating machine tools (lathes, milling machines, drills) to process and manufacture metal parts according to Work Order specifications. · **Quality Assurance:** Performing mandatory dimensional inspections (initial, in-process, and final), rigorously completing protocols and guidelines of the Quality Management System. · **Deviation Management and Traceability:** Promptly reporting and identifying any out-of-tolerance products or raw material anomalies, ensuring proper record-keeping for produced parts. · **Autonomous Maintenance and 5S:** Performing basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventive inspections on assigned machines, maintaining a tidy and hazard-free workplace. · **Safety and Teamwork:** Coordinating with the production team (assemblers, welders, supervisors), always prioritizing self-care and operational safety.
