We are looking for a Winery Operator B within the Enology Management division to work at our Pudahuel plant. Your mission will be: Proactively carry out operational activities associated with winery treatment processes, in accordance with instructions and guidelines from your direct supervisor and/or Winery Operator A. What will you do? Operate and sanitize equipment (pumps, mixers, filtration, etc.) as instructed by supervisors, ensuring proper functionality and product quality. Perform racking, tank filling, and sampling for laboratory analysis, ensuring continuity and efficiency of operational processes. Load and unload wines according to the freight schedule, monitoring volumes and ensuring timely delivery to respective departments. Add enological inputs (sulfur dioxide, gases, dry ice, etc.) as directed, complying with established procedures to ensure final product quality according to predefined standards.
