We are currently seeking a **Filling Operator** for our operations located in **Viña del Mar**. **Purpose of the Role** To safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with Air Products’ operational, quality, and safety standards, execute cylinder filling operations and product handling, thereby ensuring continuity of the production process at the plant. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform cylinder filling processes in accordance with operational procedures and safety regulations. * Handle industrial products and hazardous substances in accordance with established protocols. * Operate filling-area production equipment and facilities. * Conduct basic inspections of cylinders, valves, and equipment before and after the filling process. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper signage in the work area. * Report deviations, incidents, or unsafe conditions. * Support associated operational tasks within the production process as required. * Strictly comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Role Requirements** **Education** * Required: Technical-professional secondary education. * Preferred: Higher-level technical degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering, or related field. **Experience** * Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial production processes. * Preferred experience in petrochemical industries and/or handling of hazardous substances. **Technical Knowledge** * Industrial production processes. * Basic industrial safety standards and risk management. * Operation of industrial equipment. * Valid Class D driver’s license (preferred) for crane operation. **Skills** * Strong safety orientation. * Operational responsibility and discipline. * Teamwork capability. * Commitment to standards, procedures, and regulations. * Attention to detail and organizational skills. **Role Conditions** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, initially daytime shift, later rotating shifts. * **Location:** Av.
