We are currently looking for a **Monitoring Operator** to join our team in Chile! **Your Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance scheduling. * Monitor the operational status of field equipment. * Manage and report equipment with no communication. * Create incidents in the system for corrective maintenance management in the field. * Provide remote support to field technicians. * Maintain constant communication with project stakeholders (supervisor and inspectors). * Manage resources required for fieldwork. * Respond to incidents reported by the client's Traffic Operations Center. **Your Profile** * Professional experience in corporate environments (IT support, call center, customer service, or similar), with general knowledge of Connectivity, Networks and/or Telecommunications. * Intermediate MS Office skills. * English language proficiency. * Availability for on-site work in San Bernardo \- Rotating 24x7 shifts\. **Our Offer** * Globally recognized family-owned company. * Excellent working environment. * Outstanding benefits
