This position primarily involves servicing Mack Granite trucks equipped with MDrive and Allison transmissions, Renault trucks with Optidriver transmissions, and fixed-lubrication racks (lubricanters). Candidates must possess knowledge and experience in heavy-vehicle mechanics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, electrical and electromechanical systems, as well as lubrication and pumping systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and analyzing failures, repairing and maintaining pumps, reels, hoses, valves, distribution circuits, PTO systems and associated components. The candidate must be capable of identifying and resolving faults, performing maintenance according to technical procedures and safety standards, and working independently on high-operational-demand equipment. Experience with Mack or Renault trucks—or equivalent equipment—is especially valued. Ideally, the candidate should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably gained in mining, heavy-equipment maintenance, or service fleets.
