Verification and testing of machinery to ensure proper operation A prominent company specializing in truck and machinery rentals is currently seeking Mechanics/Electromechanics to join its team in the city of Antofagasta. Key responsibilities include: * Preventive maintenance according to established guidelines. * Maintenance and repair of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. * Inspection of machinery to identify potential faults and carry out repairs. * Repair of machinery: engines, hydraulic pumps, replacement of parts, etc. * Verification and testing of machinery to confirm proper operation. Requirements * Training in Mechanics; experience or training in hydraulic systems, electrical systems, welding, or equivalent knowledge is highly desirable. * Minimum 3 years of experience as a mechanic/electromechanic, preferably (but not exclusively) with equipment such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Mercedes Benz, John Deere, among others. * Class B driver’s license * Residence in Antofagasta (mandatory requirement). Conditions * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00 hrs * Meals and transportation provided (commuter bus service).
