Job Summary: We are seeking a Maritime Master to ensure operational continuity and maintenance of maritime operations, including movement, mooring, and lifting activities. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure operational continuity and maintenance of maritime operations. 2. Inspect, maintain, and repair mooring buoys on land and at sea. 3. Guarantee compliance with safety and operational standards. **S\*e** A Maritime Master is required to work in the city of Quintero,\* Region V **of Valparaíso** **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure operational continuity and maintenance of maritime operations, movement operations, mooring and lifting of objects, parts, or any element required for the operation. **Functions and Responsibilities:** · Inspect, maintain, and repair mooring buoys on land and at sea. · Carry out buoy and associated component replacements and repositioning. · Conduct hydrostatic and performance tests on flexible lines. · Perform welding, painting, fiber work, greasing, and any other tasks required within the context of terminal buoy maintenance. · Conduct performance and hydrostatic tests on flexible lines. · Guarantee compliance with safety and operational standards. · Disconnect and reconnect flexible lines for disassembly and assembly according to established maintenance plans in the program. · Perform all required tasks on flexible lines to conduct elongation, vacuum, electrical conductivity, etc., tests. · Clean, calibrate, maintain, and replace chain pads. · Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of shackles. · Replace, maintain, and fabricate buoys, grates, and various metal components. · Execute all activities necessary for proper functioning of the pelican hook on buoys. · Perform general maintenance tasks—including painting and greasing—on all terminal boots and buoys. · Maintain and/or replace buoys' lights when required. **Requirements** Education: * Completed secondary education Technical Secondary Level Technical Higher Level Work Experience: * Three years of experience in similar positions. **Cross-functional Competencies:** * Professional ethics * Organizational commitment * Adaptability to change * Empathetic communication * Results orientation * Proactivity * Collaborative teamwork * Time management and organization **Desirable Technical Competencies:** * Operator Course * Lifting Equipment Operator Course * Energy Isolation and Lockout Course * Hot Work Course * Rigger Operator Course * Welder Course (for master welder) * Electrical Course (for master electrician) * Lifting Maneuvers Course (for maneuver master) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $1\.400\.000 \- $1\.450\.000 per month Application Question(s): * Available to work in Quintero * Attach CV to rrhh@sts\-chile.cl Work Location: On-site employment
