Job Summary: We are seeking a Machine Operator to ensure the operation, adjustment, and stability of vertical packaging lines, guaranteeing quality and safety in the food industry. Key Highlights: 1. Support productivity and quality improvements Our prominent food industry client is looking to hire a new machine operator. **Job Objective** Ensure correct operation, adjustment, and stability of vertical packaging lines, guaranteeing operational continuity, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Operate and adjust vertical packaging equipment (sealing, synchronization, dosing). * Execute format changes, startup, and line stabilization. * Configure and adjust gravimetric dosing systems. * Monitor critical process variables (weight, sealing, speed, losses). * Diagnose basic mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical faults. * Interpret alarms, PLC signals, and process conditions. * Apply industrial safety standards (LOTO, guards, interlocks). * Analyze production data (OEE, waste, weight deviations). * Support improvements in productivity, quality, and scrap reduction. **Requirements** * Technical secondary or higher education in Automation, Mechanics, Electricity, or related fields. * Availability to work rotating shifts (day, afternoon, night) Monday through Saturday. * Minimum 3 years of experience operating automated packaging lines. * Knowledge of gravimetric dosing and weight control. * Basic PLC proficiency (signal reading and diagnostics). * Experience in food or similar industrial processes. **Desirable** * Experience with vertical packaging equipment. * Knowledge of production data analysis and basic statistical process control. * Experience in waste reduction and process optimization.
