Job Summary: Plans, manages, and supports distribution center operations by monitoring processes and generating reports to ensure operational continuity. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages receiving, warehousing, picking, and dispatch processes. 2. Controls product rotation and supports inventory activities. 3. Operates WMS software and picking preparation systems. Join Castaño's Team as a Logistics Planner for Colina! **Your Mission:** Plan, manage, and support distribution center operations—including receiving, warehousing, picking, and dispatch of products—as well as generate associated reports for each process. **Your Key Challenges Will Include:** * Monitoring receiving processes with regard to WMS software usage. * Managing picking replenishment tasks. * Prioritizing tasks within the WMS to ensure operational continuity at the DC. * Generating reports for managed zones using WMS software. * Controlling product rotation within the DC, verifying its proper execution. * Tracking unfinished tasks assigned to operators in the WMS. * Generating FEFO reports for products stored within the DC. * Supporting scheduled inventory counts as defined by the DC. * Managing data entry into the PCDATA picking preparation system. * Generating reports related to PCDATA and WMS. **Requirements:** * Technical degree in Logistics or a related field. * Two years of experience in similar positions. * Proficiency in Excel and SAP. * Availability to work the following schedule: * Monday to Friday: 2:30 PM to 10:00 PM. * Saturday: 2:15 PM to 9:00 PM.
