Last-Mile Strategy and Negotiation** ------------------------------------------------ * Execute transportation strategy while complying with regulatory requirements and budgetary objectives. * Co-lead last-mile tendering and rate negotiations alongside the Procurement team. * Manage contracts and SLAs with logistics service providers. * Expand the distribution network by developing new pickup points and lockers. * Identify sustainable and innovative solutions to optimize the transportation network. **2\. Operational Coordination and Optimization** --------------------------------------------- * Synchronize transportation operations with warehouse picking activities and the supply chain. * Plan transportation capacity by sending activity forecasts to operators. * Optimize shipping methods by balancing costs, delivery timelines, and customer experience. * Monitor operational flow, including order tracking, reverse logistics (returns), and validation of monthly invoices. * Activate contingency plans in response to any disruption in transportation services. **3\.
